Christmas parade in Hueytown

Saturday morning we rode in the Hueytown parade. Weston had fun throwing candy out, however he had me nervous the whole time because he liked to lean over the trailer to try to throw it further. We had his party Saturday night and the baby shower on Sunday so I have more pics to post but will do those maybe tomorrow because I am worn out.

Christmas work party

This weekend has been so busy. I was looking forward to everything about it and it has flown by. Friday night was my work party. We had fun and ate some good food!

Visiting Santa

This past week, we went to see Santa at the Galleria. Weston was hesitant at first but warmed up very quickly.

After pictures we went and ate and then rode the reindeer on the carosel. We had a good time and Weston was excited he got to see Santa and tell him what he wanted.

Baby Covin Update

We went today and had a 4-D ultrasound done of the baby. It is so amazing. I cannot figure out how to load it on here but I will continue to work on that. He weighs 2lb 6oz right now measuring at 27w3d. His heart rate was 154. He loves to keep his little hands by his face and his legs crossed. We are not really sure who he looks like. It was very exciting to see him up close and moving around. We can't wait to meet him when he arrives. Still have a little while but time is going by so fast.

Halloween 08'

I don't have many pictures from Halloween but Weston was Lightning Mcqueen and had a great time. We went to the Elrod's house and they had so much fun. However, I think the cold weather got the best of me and Weston because we have both been sick with nasty colds.

Disney On Ice

Last Thursday, Jeff and the boys picked me up from work and we headed to Disney on ice. We had a good time and the boys really enjoyed it.

Happy Birthday Jalen!

This past Saturday, my nephew Jalen, turned 8 years old. It is hard to believe he is that old. He had his party at the park and they all had a good time playing and eating. Happy Birthday Jalen! We love you.

This poor cat had no chance. They found it roaming around the park and they all had to hold it and then chased it and made it go down the slide, which was pretty funny. It will never be the same.

It's been a while...

since I last updated. My little buddy will be four in December. I can't believe how big he is. I don't know where the time goes. He is excited and ready for his brother to be here. Baby Covin is doing good and growing rapidly it feels like. He is measuring on time as far as right now. I'm glad to say that after failing my first glucose test, I passed the three hour test so no gestational diabetes this time..Yah! We still do not have a name picked out. Hopefully that will be soon!

The most magical place on Earth...

Last week we went to Disney World. Me, Jeff, Tricia and Weston drove down on Thursday night/Friday morning and Grady flew down on Sunday afternoon. This was Weston's third year to go and I have to say this was by far his best year. He was tall enough to ride almost all of the rides and wasn't scared to ride anything or of the characters. His favorite ride he claims to be splash mountain, which we did ride a good bit, but he also loved the rollercoaster in toontown. He rode that thing at least six times if not more. We had a few character meals and then also ate at the top of one of the resorts and watched the fire works from there which was great. Hopefully Weston will remember this year. I already can't wait to go back. I would love to go see that place during the Christmas season- maybe soon! Here are just a few of the hundreds of pictures I took.

Weston in his lightening mcqueen costume at the Not so scary halloween party! It was a lot of fun. They had awesome fireworks, a great parade, and lots of candy. However, his outfit was so hot, he shed it afer about one hour.

Suprise!

We went with Jennifer and RJ today to have a ultrasound done. Our baby was stubborn at first and would not open it's legs, so Jenn had to go and then me again. When it finally decided to cooperate, you could see that little thing sticking straight up in the air! It's a boy! I have thought the whole time it was a boy and everybody else was thinking a girl. We are happy and praying for a healthy baby. Jeff thinks he is getting out cheap and will save some money- yeah right! We have no names picked out right now but hopefully we will before long.
