Weston and Brooks: August 2009

Fun Times

Have I ever mentioned how much Jeff and I love Disney World. We always kid around about just up and going, but we finally just did it. I wanted to take Jalen and Elijah before they all started back to school. We called to check about any specials going on and what do you know- parents pay and kids eat and play for free. What a perfect reason to go. Although it was blazing hot and super crowded, the boys did great and we had a blast. We managed to all stay together without losing a child. I love, love, love this place and can't wait to go back in October!

Day 1-Epcot

Day one and ready to go. These boys were so excited to go ride some rides and meet some characters. We went to Epcot which is probably my second most favorite park-Magic Kingdom being my first. Epcot has two of the best rides and is just a fun place.

Day 2- part 1

Day 2 was a long, busy, fun day. We ate at the crystal palace and stayed at Magic Kingdom. We went back to the room for about one hour, to eat dinner and then back to Magic Kingdom for extra magic hours until 2am. Needless to say, we were worn out by the end of the night. I don't have many pics because we were so busy riding rides and having fun.

Elijah getting his picture made with Goofy. He opted out on a lot of the rides, so while Jeff, Jalen and Weston were riding thunder mountain, Elijah, Brooks and myself went and met Goofy for a pic and autograph.

Day2-part2

This was the second part of our long day. We went to eat with Cinderella, Prince Charming, the wicked step-mom and sisters. I think Jalen had the hots for the sisters, however they were acting like the real characters and being mean so Elijah and Weston wanted nothing to do with them.

She was flirting with Jalen. They were quite funny.

I think he was amazed. He acted like he didn't even want to watch the parade but it caught his attention.

Day 3- Animal Kingdom

Our third day we went to Animal Kingdom. It was a lot of fun. This is the boys on a dinosaur before we went to ride the dinosaur ride.

I think this bear's name was brother bear or baby bear-I'm not to sure but there was no line to see him and the boys were all about getting as many autographs as they could.

Not too sure who he is mad at in this picture but you don't see this face too often.

I think everyone is officially worn out at this point. I had actually fallen asleep myself but woke up when the bus stopped.

Day 4- Hollywood Studios

This is day #4 and we went to eat breakfast at the polynesian resort with Lilo,Stitch,Mickey and Pluto and then to Hollywood Studios.

One of the waitress' took a family pic for us. However I have no idea where Elijah is hidden. Probably somewhere in the back where Jalen is.

Waiting for the block party parade. It was like over 100 degrees at this point and these boys were sitting in the direct sun but I think they loved the parade and had a ball being involved in it and playing with all the members in it.
