Words cannot express...

how special these pictures are. Sunday was old fashioned Sunday at my Uncle Gene's church and they had an old fashioned baptism as well. Jalen recently accepted Jesus while at a walk through Jerusalem at a church special. He wanted to get baptised and so he had the opportunity to do so this past Sunday. We are so proud of him and pray that he continues to follow Jesus thru-out his life. He is a very special person to me and holds a very special place in my heart. We love you Jalen!
Forever changed!

Time for Baseball!

Well our baseball season has started. Jeff is coaching Weston and Elijah and they had their first game on Saturday morning.
Weston up to bat.

A little tired already of playing in the field so he squats for a little break.
Weston and Elijah stop to pose while in the dug-out.
Elijah running to line up before the game.

Weston running for line up as well.

Brooks ready to cheer for his big brother.

All of my boys ready to head to the game.

Yes that is Brooks up under there. Jalen's first game was Saturday night and it got pretty cool. Rose and Sissy held him and kept him warm while I watched Jalen play. Jalen has gotten to be so good. He plays third base and hits very well.

Big Baby and Baby Boy

Well my little baby is getting big. He is now 8 weeks old. We go for his 2 month check up on Monday and get those dreaded shots. I suspect he probably weighs around 12 pounds by now but we'll see! Everyday I think he looks more like his brother, especially when he opens his eyes really wide like Weston use to do for all of his pictures.

And my big boy on the other hand is turning into a baby again. Not really- he just thought it would be funny to put on Brooks' bibb and his pacifier and lay on the couch to make me laugh. He is quite the funny boy these days. He is my little best buddy that helps me out so much! I love to just sit and listen to his country self talk.

Family and newborn pics!

We went to see Kim Sharit a few weeks ago and had some family and newborn pictures made. Kim did an amazing job and took great pictures. I am so impressed with how all of the pictures turned out. Here are just some of the pictures she did. Thank you Kim for taking your time with us and taking these precious pictures.

Gatlinburg Vacation

We went to Gatlinburg this past week and had a great time. My mom and PawPaw got to come for the weekend and we really had fun. These pictures are all out of order but oh well. I also have pictures from the Ripley's aquarium that I will post a little later.
Weston and his big ole butt!

PawPaw, Weston, Jeff, Brooks and myself with the bear in downtown Gatlinburg. And oh yes, Jeff loved sporting around Brooks in my sling. He did't mind a bit and he got asked quite a few times if he had a dog in there.

PawPaw is a Bear Bryant fan so we had to go in the hat store and take his picture with the hat but we weren't willing to pay the 27.oo dollars for it.
Weston loved getting these footlong corndogs and would pick all the batter off and eat all of the weenie.

Jeff taking the cover off of the hot tub on the porch.

Brooks hanging out in his car seat ready to go.

Mom and PawPaw at Cade's Cove. PawPaw loves to ride up there and look around at everything. However, mom got car sick on this long ride back down the mountain.

Weston had to get out of the car and pick me and Nonnie some flowers. He is so sweet most of the time.

He wasn't scared of the deer at all and they weren't scared of him. He and Jeff got pretty close to them.

This was one of our stops on the way when mom got sick. Jeff and Weston are having them a good time playing on these huge rocks. I just knew one of them were going to fall in.

Brooks in his little camo ready to go to Cade's Cove.

Weston and Nonnie at log cabin pancake house.

Nonnie and PawPaw

Loving on all the stuffed bears he could find to bring to the table.

Not a very happy camper for this photo. I think he didn't like his hat oh so much in this 70 degree weather.

Weston driving his own go-cart. He only crashed once and the look on his face was priceless. Too bad I had already put my camera back up.

Flying on the airplanes!

Driving daddy on the big go-carts.

Weston checking out the mountains on our first day there.
